We believe, as data suggests, the most plausible method of upward financial mobility within one generation is through entrepreneurship. Data also suggests that entrepreneurship presents the most favorable result toward an increase in the economic impact minorities have on their communities and globally.
It is because of these reasons that the iNvictus EMERGE program promotes entrepreneurship as the primary solution for these inequities.
Since our founding, we have been to ensuring startups receive the necessary coaching needed to evolve into successful ventures. In addition, we are aware the minority-owned businesses face additional challenges that are not typical. The Emerge program helps these disadvantaged entrepreneurs navigate these obstacles.
It is not the intent of the iNvictus EMERGE program to reinvent the wheel. Nor is it to make inventing the wheel over-difficult. Subsequently, our efforts are data-driven and impact is documented in measurable results.
Growth in business(es) has a dual meaning. It concentrates iNvictus’ efforts around scaling minority businesses as well as increasing their impact globally across the entrepreneurial landscape.
